The 2019 AFT-WV Legislative Summit will be held on September 6-7, 2019 at Canaan Valley Resort State Park at 230 Main Lodge Road in Davis, WV.
To ensure all locals are represented, the AFT-WV Executive Board, Local Presidents or their designees, and AFT-WV Advisory Committee members will be given preference. All other members will receive an email at a later date to verify confirmation of their registration.
AFT-WV will cover costs for lodging and provided meals for confirmed registrants. Locals/members with outstanding invoices for prior events must be in good standing in order to register for this event.
Space is limited and some participants may be assigned a roommate for lodging accommodations. . The deadline to register is August 6, 2019 by noon.
We will begin the Legislative Summit on Friday, September 6, with a reception from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday and the event should conclude around 3:00 PM.
