WV Board of Education Policy 3300 - Charter Public Schools is now out on public comment until July 12, 2021 (4:00 PM.)
This is the policy which will guide the creation, governance, etc. of public charter schools in WV. AFT-WV's position is that this is a fundamentally flawed policy, as there was no input from WV teachers and service personnel, and too much input from out-of-state special interest groups.
Members are encouraged to read and comment on the policy.
