Legislative Update: 3-3-23

SB 268, the PEIA cost shifting bill, advanced from the House Finance Committee last night and is already moving on the House floor. AFT-WV and other unions held a press conference this morning to express our objections to the bill and the hardships it will cause for education and public employees.
